Excellent Hotel Experience!

spacious roomnice lobbylimited choices
I found the rooms spacious for my family of four! There was a nice lobby with amenities on the ground floor. The hotel is near the Marutamachi station. It takes you to the station directly. We also liked being within walking distance of the gardens, and the cherry blossoms were blooming.
The restaurant choices were limited, and many options were unavailable! I was unwell and wanted to eat in my room. staff insisted I dine in the restaurant. Their inflexibility was disappointing, and I don't know why they refused my request.
Facilities
9/10
The lobby offers comfortable seating and essential amenities! The hotel is conveniently located around the corner from a subway station, with access to various destinations. There is a guest lounge.
Service

Rooms offer a blend of modern and traditional Japanese design elements! The bathroom was roomy and well-equipped. The Japanese-style futons were very comfortable. I slept well. I had a decent amount of space.
Location
10/10
The hotel is within walking distance of many key attractions! The hotel is close to a station. The immediate area includes local shops and dining options. I could easily reach cultural sites on foot or by public transport.

An Okay Stay at This Hotel

friendly staffgreat locationclaustrophobic roomseparate bathroom
I really liked the friendly staff, and they were always helpful. I was able to book a breakfast with their assistance. The location it has is really great, because it is near a subway stop and a main road for buses.
My room overlooked a wall, and it was not even far away. It felt a little claustrophobic because of this. I found myself that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, I lock myself out of the bedroom really easy.
